About
The world needs your authenticity.
Childhood trauma combined with growing up in a place where my unique expression wasn’t accepted, led me to begin self-abandoning at a young age. By my mid 20’s, I didn’t have connection with who I was anymore. My spiritual practices & womb called me to begin the deep reclamational journey of uncovering my authentic self, which laid beneath the masks & conditioning I was carrying. Now, I am passionate about helping others do the same!
My Journey
TRIGGER WARNINGS: Eating Disorders, Sexual Abuse.
My conscious journey toward holistic health & wellness began through struggling with eating disorders in my teenage years & early 20s. The western medicine model for addressing this did nothing to help me, so I began to seek out alternative forms of healing & learn about holistic health & wellness.
This was expedited by a transformational romantic partnership I moved through in my early 20s, which led me to discover hypnotherapy. Through hypnotherapy, I began to explore healing ailments in this life (such as my eating disorders), as well as past lives. This opened my world up to dimensions beyond the 3D reality most people experience day-to-day, & information began flowing in!
Over the following four years, I studied reiki healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy hypnosis, & Inner Voice Facilitation while travelling the world dancing.
In 2020, I moved to London to begin my master’s degree at London Contemporary Dance School & my womb called me home through a seven month period of amenorrhea. This led me to begin studying the menstural cycle, womb wisdom, & holistic birth/postpartum practices; transforming my life again to live in alignment with my femininity & nervous system, rather than fighting them (as our sick patriarchal culture encourages us to do). I realized I had been dissociated from my body for most of my life due to instances of sexual abuse in my younger years. Through learning to reconnect with my body through self-massage practices, living in alignment with my menstrual cucle, & slow, consistent presencing, I regained feeling in my body & learned how to say ‘No’ for the first time. I also began to remember who I truly was, before the trauma, conditioning, & people pleasing.
Most recently, my Inner Voice reminded me of the gift of my voice, guiding me to studying singing & acting again (after having sung & acted in childhood) & sound healing. I recently relocated to Florida to pursue bringing animals & humans together through sound.
I now use all the tools I’ve gathered to facilitate 1:1 & group workshops that help people release emotional baggage, outdated beliefs, addictions, & trauma that is keeping them stuck in inauthentic versions of themselves, to uncover who they truly are!
If this resonates with you & you are ready to begin this journey, join me & the Coming Home Community in an upcoming class, workshop, or 1:1 session! You can learn more about each of the different sessions I offer, upcoming group workshops, & classes on the services page. The best way to stay up-to-date on my in person teaching schedule is to follow me on Instagram and/or Substack.
If you were to make a list of all the things you love, how long would it take for you to list yourself?
